Shipping policy
Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping options and rates:
- Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): $5.99, usually 3–5 business days after shipping.
- Express (USPS Priority Mail): $10.00, usually 1–2 business days after shipping.
Rates are per order, so a 2-pack ships for the same price as a single unit.
Tracking: You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages: If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Returns: See our Refund Policy. You have 30 days to return your Juicebox for a full refund.
